Step 1.   Learning!

Familiarize yourself with the terms, buzz words and the entire language used on this unique “Cosmos” of online business. Remember: you must know how to walk before you start running. Learn to the point in which you feel comfortable with what you read - be it an e-bank account terms you read, or an affiliate program F.A.Q. you go through.

The best way to that would be to go through different kinds of sites, check out the appropriate glossaries, read a book on the issue, or any other method which suits you best.

Learn the categories on the previous part a little deeper. Read the book you receive for free (if you sign for the news letter). Find out the “zones” you feel comfortable (or even excited) with.

Step 2.  Exploring & Testing.

Now that you can walk on your own, you better learn to run before you go into any real competition. This is only enhanced learning phase, but it is a lot more exciting and fun than it was in step 1. You might even make some money as you get along. So take a test drive. Get into programs of your choice at the categories of your choice.

Learn and practice the multiple choices of advertising. Advertising is the most important tool for online business. Learn how to use it. Find out the advantages of each advertising method. Experience the disadvantages of the methods in regard to the line of business you intend to take. Practice setting up your own Home Page, operating your auto-responders, collecting hits to your homepage etc. Distinct quality hits from the “crowd” and so on. Get familiar with the little “secrets” that could later give you the “edge”! Experience recruiting affiliates, get to “feel” the mighty importance of team work and thus build your personal (intellectual) tools for successfully competing on the track.

Do not fear the test drive. You might get into some dead-end roads, but I will be there to guide you out.In most cases, you will not even lose money, as I will mostly direct you to free to join programs and free to use tools. That’s right – free ways of massive advertising, free to use web sites and many alike.

Step 3.  Strategy designing and shaping.

•  Set up your long term goals.

•  Decide the major means to achieve your objectives

•  Decide the major tools.

•  Set a set of mile stones.

•  Set up the resources.

•  Become an expert at any of the fields you work in or at any of the tools you are using or others.

Step 4.  Compete the race.

You already are wining. But the race is on for ever, so keep competing. Emphasize and enhance your expertise, leverage it to make you more money and hey…. let me in too!
